By making a deposit for any Travel Vibe experience, you (“the Customer”) automatically accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including any reasonable updates made by Travel Vibe.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and it is the Customer’s responsibility to review any updates prior to travel.
A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
An invoice/receipt will be issued upon booking, detailing the payment plan and deadlines.
Final balance must be paid in full no later than 14 days prior to departure.
Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in automatic cancellation of your booking without refund.
Group bookings: The lead booker holds all collected money on trust for the group and is responsible for full payment. Group bookings are only confirmed once the entire group’s balance is paid in full.
Included: Accommodation and daily breakfast only.
Excluded: Flights (ground transportation is included upon arrival but may have occasional delays).
Third-Party Activities: From time to time, third-party experiences may be offered. These are independent services, and Travel Vibe is not responsible for payment, service quality, or liability. Customers engage in third-party activities at their own discretion.
Only registered guests who are part of the Travel Vibe experience may occupy the accommodations. No sharing with individuals outside the group is permitted.
Travel Vibe reserves the right to modify, change, or cancel activities and excursions due to weather, unforeseen circumstances, or operational requirements without prior notice.
Travel Vibe is not liable for deviations from the advertised itinerary or any related costs.
Vehicles provided by Travel Vibe may require a security deposit.
Drivers must operate vehicles with reasonable care and skill, and strictly refrain from driving under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or any impairing substances.
Use of vehicles is at the Customer’s own risk.
Changes in travel costs (e.g., local tax increases, exchange rate fluctuations) may impact the final price. You will be notified if applicable.
Customer Variations: Requests for changes after booking (e.g., date changes, accommodation upgrades) are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
Special Requests: Any dietary, medical, or special requests must be sent via email to bookings@travelvibe.ca immediately after booking. Requests are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
No refunds are issued for cancellations. Customers will receive a Travel Vibe voucher for future use, valid for up to 12 months from the date of cancellation.
Cancellation by Travel Vibe: Should Travel Vibe need to cancel a trip, you will be offered an alternative trip, voucher, or full credit for future travel.
Travel Vibe reserves the right to refuse service or remove any participant from a trip due to:
Abusive behavior toward other travelers or staff
Dangerous, reckless, or unlawful conduct
Non-compliance with local laws or Travel Vibe policies
In such cases, no refund or compensation will be provided.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports and any required visas for travel.
Travel Vibe acts as an agent in arranging accommodations, activities, and transportation. We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damages resulting from third-party service providers, accidents, weather, or unforeseen events outside our control.
Travel Vibe’s responsibility is strictly limited to the services we directly provide.
By participating in a Travel Vibe experience, you consent to the use of photographs and video recordings taken during the trip for marketing and promotional purposes.
If you do not wish to appear in Travel Vibe marketing materials, you must inform us via email at bookings@travelvibe.ca prior to departure.
